Indonesian batiks are well known. Gold and silverware are attractive and reasonably priced. Woodcarvings and handicrafts make attractive gifts. Indonesia is famous for good buys in clothing, leather products, electronics, etc.

AIRPORT TAX IDR 100,000 per outgoing passengers on international flights IDR 30,000 per outgoing passengers on domestic flights.

PASSPORT & VISAS

Visitors entering Indonesia must be in possession of a valid passport (not less than 6 months before expiring). Transit passengers staying in Indonesia not longer than 30 days (29 nights) do not generally require a visa but need an air-ticket with a confirmed onward reservation. The above exception does not apply to nationals of countries, which do not have diplomatic relations with Indonesia

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

No actual vaccinations are presently required whereas persons suffering from leprosy, trachoma, tuberculosis, and plague are forbidden entry into Indonesia.

GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS

Reservation and inquiries for services should be booked through our PANORAMA TOURS DMC in Jakarta. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, maximum details are necessary such as arrival and departure dates, flights, names and number of person, etc.

CONFIRMATIONS

All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, principals will be informed of the booking status.

RATES

All rates are quoted NETT (inclusive of 10% VAT) to Travel Agents in US.Dollars at current rates of exchange. Taxes as well as rates of exchange are subject to change. Invoices will show VAT separately; invoiced amount plus VAT will be equal to Nett rates listed herein.
Rates validity : 01 January 2007 until 31 December 2007.

CHILD POLICY

Children between 2 and 12 years old are granted a 50% discount on transfers, excursions, and package tours provided that they share room with two adults and not taking an extra bed. A 25% discount is granted if sharing room with 2 adults and taking an extra bed. Children requiring their own rooms or half twin bedded are charged as adult.

FREE OF CHARGE ( F.O.C )

One FOC land arrangement will be granted for each group of 15 full paying pax. The FOC accommodation is based on free bed (half twin) for a group of 15 full paying pax. A maximum of one Twin Room is guaranteed to a group of 30 full paying members. Any additional FOC room is solely at discretion of the hotel management.

PAYMENT

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients.

CANCELLATION

A cancellation fee to 25% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one week prior to clients arrival.

NO SHOW

A No-Show charge of 75% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be levied if pax no show upon their confirmed arrival date.

REFUND

No refund will be made for any unutilized land arrangement.
